Why does it cost so much to neuter my pet?

The neutering process is a major surgery for your babies. We keep our costs as low as possible to make it easier to have the procedure done. This procedure is usually cheaper than having a tune-up done on your vehicle. However, the procedure requires the time of a veterinarian and a staff member, sterilized equipment, medications, suture and drape materials, anesthetic gas, etc. The procedure is not inexpensive for the veterinarian to perform. When you actually think about it though, the cost of the surgery compared to the cost of feeding and taking care of unwanted puppies or kittens is really is a lot less expensive.
